Merchant Processing

By utilizing FCB’s Merchant Processing services, businesses can offer their customers a wide range of flexible electronic payment options, including credit and debit card acceptance, electronic check conversion, electronic benefit transfer acceptance, and gift cards.  FCB business customers will also benefit from timely settlement to their checking account and receive next day funding for credit card transactions, including American Express.
 

VISA® Business Check Card

There is no need to carry cash when you can enjoy real purchasing power with the card that works like a check (and also provides ATM access!) All transactions are subject to available funds and daily transaction limits. To report a lost or stolen card, please call FCB Operations at 301-620-1400 during regular business hours or 1-800-500-1044 during non-business hours.
 

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)

Frederick County Bank offers a 24-hour ATM at each of its convenient branch locations. See our Locations and Hours page for more details. Additionally, FCB customers can make up to six (6) ATM withdrawals per month, at non-Frederick County Bank ATMs, with no FCB transaction fee. (ATMs must participate in the Cirrus or STAR networks).  And even better, enjoy completely surcharge-free ATM access at over 65 ATMs in Frederick County and 50,000 ATMs nation-wide through the Allpoint®, InterCept™, MoneyPass®, and STARsf® ATM Networks.
